Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase and will be shipped via purchaser's chosen method. 

Orders made on Friday will be shipped Monday (save for bank holidays). 

Special / custom orders may take longer than the 2-3 day estimation. 

Please remember Zipper Ghost is one person with two senior dogs and two young cats (and a dude and an antique building), I do my utmost to be on time and should the occasion arise that shipping will be late, I will be in touch.

Local pickup is available.
